When to them for a simple job, a month and a half later my car is now finally running like it was BEFORE it went in. I took close to $4,000 and a LOT of my time. A simple job was not done properly and I paid the price and spent the time coming and going from this shop. The service was friendly and they let me know what was going on (when they knew what was). I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE. (in Response) Yes I understand that humans make mistakes, I did include that “The service was friendly and they let me know what was going on” and that was a great part of your shop. It’s just the simplicity that not so great things did happen to me. It was nice that you stood up for your shop and fully fixed what did go wrong and on your time. The $4000 is a total of your shop and having to go to other shops and having them tell me to go back to you because there was something done wrong and if I was under warranty with you then I should have you fix it. Thank you for the time you put into this. Oh as a side note if you care so much about your reviews, you should maybe get a courtesy car, so that maybe people will look at that, and see that you want to stand behind the work you do on those and on the customers cars. Again thank you for the extra time.
We did make a mistake on your car, our staff does a great job but they are not perfect, I am very sorry we made a mistake. $4000. is two and a half times what you paid us on 3/16/16, and we charged you no more after the 1st visit. I am glad to hear the your car is running correctly now. I believe our tech made a mistake that anyone could have made, and we took 100% responsibility as we should have....again, I am sorry it caused you pain.
