In town for the August 2017 eclipse when our car developed a brake problem. Chose Twin Cities to get the problem fixed and was I ever glad I did. With us planning to leave town the following day, the owner fit us right in to the work schedule with the repair done (professionally and right) by closing time. And with Twin Citied being a NAPA dealer, the repair was warranted to where if there was a problem, I could take it to a NAPA auto repair shop back home. A few days later, the owner even called to make sure that everything was working right. Twin Cities is the kind of place you wish for if you have a car problem on vacation. If I lived in Scott's Bluff, I for sure would be a steady customer!

Twin City Auto is the best auto repair company in the Panhandle. My wife and I have had nothing but great advice, repair work and oil changes for over the past four years that we've lived in Scottsbluff . Everyone in the shop has been very courteous to me and my needs in any work I've needed done to my car or suv. They will give you straight forward answers with honesty and will work hard to help in any situation a car could face. Case in point, the engine in my Mazda RX-8 completely died and I needed a good, thorough diagnosis that it had truly had taken a nosedive. After the car was towed, Bill Sinner worked very, very hard to get my "baby" back on the road. With a lot of hard work on his end along with a life saving warranty, I had my car back on the road within a few short months. Given the new engine came from Japan, I was willing to wait. After the Twin City Auto team put new life into the RX-8, it has never run smoother. Twin City Auto has also solved all my problems from a hard idle to a large screw in my tire to keep my car and suv running at peak performance. I would recommend them for any work that could be done on any type of vehicle. I'm a lifelong customer because they truly listen to their customers and are willing to make every effort possible to give custoners a fair deal when it comes to auto repair.

Had some car trouble and went here to solve it. The employees were extremely kind and also very knowledgable on all potential issues. The service was prompt and precise. I would highly recommend.

We had sudden car trouble and had to be back on the road quickly. Mike immediately helped us and swiftly fixed the problem. He was sweet, accommodating, and gave us great suggestions for the future should we have any car trouble. For all of his trouble, we offered to pay him, especially given his hard work in the 103 degree weather, but he would humbly not accept any payment. This is a true stand up guy with a wonderful shop.

I had alternator issues, had to have my car towed...had to have a ride home.... they explained what was needed and that I would be informed as soon as they new... this was 330 on a Tuesday afternoon, I was called at 5pm and was told what was wrong and the part would be there in the am. Wednesday morning at 9am my car was done and ready for pickup... they were friendly and answered all my questions. I will be going to them again in the future.

Very happy!! I had 2 vehicles break down on a Friday evening, and first thing Monday morning we had phone calls from these great mechanics with prices and details of what to expect. By Monday evening both vehicles were done!! Can't say enough great things! Amazing costumer service, reasonable prices, and fast! Thanks guys!!!

I had some ongoing issues with my jeep..and this could have been a stressful experience for someone who knows nothing about vehicles. I took my jeep in on a Friday, they ran some tests on it and by Monday morning I was back on the road and it has been running great ever since. I am very impressed with their friendly service, knowledge, and how they took the time to fix the issue rather than install a part and send me on my way. They were even able to accomodate my request to have it done by a certain time! A big thank you to Bill and everyone who worked on my jeep! I highly recommend this place! :)

Have had many dealings with Twin City Auto and each one has been great! They tell you honestly and upfront what repairs are needed and the cost. There are no surprises. My last repair left me car-less and they repaired and drove it to my house so I could go to work. Awesome!
